Description
Reconditioned 330 gallon composite IBC totes have a previously-used internal holding tank fabricated from high density polyethylene and a protective exterior cage of galvanized steel. These increased volume, 330 gallon poly caged IBC totes have been refurbished—cleaned and inspected—and certified according to federal regulations for continued transit and service. Reconditioned poly totes are UN/DOT certified for PGII/III materials and non hazardous commodities, but are restricted from potable, drinking water use.
These IBCs are engineered for the handling of materials, cargo, chemicals, ingredients, oils, process intermediates and wastes, fluids, solids, semi-solids. Common, acceptable industry and market applications for 330 gallon, reconditioned composite totes include: agriculture, chemical production and delivery, energy, plastics, healthcare and pharmaceutics, roadwork, paints, coatings, wastewater and treatment, process plant waste.
Reconditioned 330 gallon poly caged IBCs are fabricated for holding fluids, chemicals, caustics, and acids rated up to 1.9 specific gravity. Composite IBCs have an inner tank blow molded from a UV-stabilized virgin resin of high density polyethylene (HDPE), an industrial strength, durable thermoplastic. The IBC’s exterior cage is constructed from quality galvanized steel to protect tank contents and to resist corrosion, rust, and physical impacts.
Tote specifications: dimensions measure 48”L x 40”W x 53”H; IBC base features 4-way channel access for forklifts and pallet jacks; IBC inlet is 6” with vented screw cap lid; IBC outlet is 2” with polypropylene ball discharge valve and male quick disconnect coupler.
330 gallon reconditioned HDPE caged IBCs are frequently chosen as a space-saving, equal-volume replacement for 55 gallon drum pallets. A single 330 gallon IBC container is equal to six (6) 55 gallon drums that would occupy 1.5 pallets of space. Reconditioned 330 gallon poly totes can maximize a work-space environment as well as increase operation efficiency. These IBCs are durable and consistent containers that have been fully certified for use.
